§ 5-34. Contracts.

The city administrator is authorized to contract from time to time with public and private entities and organizations and with any other governmental entity, organization or unit for the providing of services to the city incidental to the enforcement and administration of the provisions of this chapter, as well as the provisions of the state Dangerous Dog Control Law, (O.C.G.A. §§ 4-8-20—4-8-29), as well as any other ordinances of the city relative to animals and animal control, subject to approval of any and all such contracts by the mayor and council by resolution of such board.
