Article III. POOLROOMS AND BILLIARD HALLS |
§ 16-40. Acts prohibited.
Any person who has obtained a license by complying with all of the requirements of this article and who thereafter fails to comply with the terms of the application by:
(1)
Failure to keep out of such place of business any and all screens, partitions, divisions or other things that prevent or attempt to prevent a full, free and unobstructed view of the entire room in which the business is carried on; or
(2)
Opening before the time specified; or
(3)
Failing to close such place of business at the time specified; or
(4)
Conducting the place of business in such a way and manner as to annoy the neighbors; or
(5)
Permitting the place of business to become disorderly; or
(6)
Permitting minors to enter the place of business, either for the purpose of playing pool or billiards, or otherwise;
Shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and the mayor and council shall have the right to revoke the license.
