§ 16-39. Issuance of license; fee.

If the application for license required by this article is approved by the license committee, the city clerk is authorized to issue a license to the applicant upon the payment to him of the license fee required by the business license ordinance, authorizing and granting the right of the applicant to keep, maintain, operate and conduct a pool or billiard room.
