§ 6-131. Code adopted.

There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the installation of plumbing including alterations, repairs, equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings and appurtenances thereto, including permits and penalties, that certain building code known as International Plumbing Code, being particularly the 2006 Edition, as amended thereof, a copy of which has been and now is filed in the office of the city clerk. Such code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in every plumbing installation and other related subjects therein contained within the corporate limits of the city or when connected to the city water or city sewage system.
