§ 6-49. Office of inspector created; appointment, compensation.

To provide for the administration and enforcement of this article, the office of electrical inspector is hereby created. The inspector, and such assistants as may be necessary in the proper performance of the duties of the office shall be appointed by the mayor and council and the compensation for such office shall be determined at the time of appointment.
