§ 6-38. Adopted.

There is hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section, the Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code, 1996 Edition, a copy of which is filed in the office of the clerk.

The Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code is amended as follows:

(a)

Section 105.1 of the code is amended by striking therefrom the second and third sentences thereof.

(b)

Section 105.2 of the code is amended by striking said section in its entirety and by substituting therefor the following new section 105.2:

Section 105.2 Composition of Board:

The members of the Fitzgerald-Ben Hill County Zoning Board of Appeals as it may exist from time to time shall serve as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Fitzgerald.
