§ 5-63. Livestock on public rights-of-way.

  • No owner shall allow or permit any horses, mules, cattle, hogs, sheep, goats or other livestock to run at large on public roads of the City of Fitzgerald, or to be staked, tied, guarded, or minded so that they can go upon public roads; or allow or permit such to run at large on any property not belonging to the owner of the livestock, except by permission of the owner of such property.
