§ 5-39. Interference with animal shelter.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to interfere with the operation of any animal shelter or other facility maintained for the confinement of animals under contract with the city; to remove from any such animal shelter or facility without the consent of the operator of the animal shelter or facility any animal kept therein; or to resist, hinder, delay, interfere with or molest any person, agent, employee or member of any organization or entity operating such animal shelter or facility in the performance of his duties or responsibilities.
