§ 5-5. Knowledge of chapter's provision presumed.

The owner and the custodian of each animal maintained within the City of Fitzgerald, as well as all employees, agents and servants of the holder of such permit, shall be conclusively presumed, for the purposes of this chapter, to have at all times complete and full knowledge of all provisions of this chapter.
