§ 4-246. Sales to underage persons prohibited.

Furnishing to, purchase of or possession by persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age of liquor by the drink (or any form of alcohol) shall be controlled by state law O.C.G.A. § 3-3-23. Additionally, any alleged violation of this subsection by a license holder, or its or his employee(s), shall result in a due process hearing before the mayor and council being called by the city administrator to determine if a license should be suspended or revoked.
