§ 17-10. Speed limits on specific streets.

  • The mayor and council may from time to time designate specific streets or portions of streets on which the speed limit is greater or less than that prescribed in the Uniform Rules of the Road. When appropriate signs or markings are installed giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful to exceed the speed limits so designated.
